FelagarFor design agencies

Present work on your brand, collect approvals, and keep files out of random cloud folders.

In practice

Design agencies

Design studios sell taste. The software around the work should not look like a generic PM tool. Felagar’s portal and white-label options keep the experience on-brand from login to approval.

A client should open a review and immediately know it is your studio. Logo, color, and domain can follow. Guest reviewers still get in with email OTP.

The usual mess

Design teams present in one tool, track tasks in another, and send invoices from a third. The client never sees a coherent studio.

How it works

Studio plans the board. Client sees the portal. Approvals happen on the deliverable.

  1. 01

Set agency white-label, then overlay the client brand if they are invited.

  2. 02

Run the job as a project with nested folders for rounds.

  3. 03

Send the deliverable for review, guest or portal.

  4. 04

Keep approved files in the company library for the next job.

Questions

Can we use our own domain on the portal?

Hosted custom domains are supported. Subdomains use CNAME. Apex needs ALIAS, ANAME, or flattening. SSL validation is TXT so certificates can issue before HTTP is live.

Will clients see internal critique?

Agency and client surfaces are split. Internal chat and studio planning stay on the agency side unless you share them.

We run the platform. You run the studio.

Create an account, invite your team and clients, and you’re live, with no DevOps side quest. Updates, uptime, and the portal stay on us so you can stay on the work that pays.
