Felagar 0.0.4 adds passkeys so you can sign in with this device or a security key, without typing a password.

Sign in

• Add a passkey from My Account (staff) or Account in the client portal
• On the login page, use Sign in with a passkey after entering your email
• Passkey sign-in skips the authenticator code. Password and Google or Microsoft sign-in still ask for that code when two-factor is on
• After a password sign-in that needs two-factor, you can use a passkey instead of the 6-digit code

Agency app and Ops

• The agency mobile app can add and use passkeys on hosted Felagar. Self-hosted and tunnel installs open the dashboard login in the in-app browser
• Felagar Ops staff can add passkeys in Settings and sign in with them on ops.felagar.com

Felagar 0.0.3 turns the studio workspace into more of an agency operating system. Highlights include the Agency Template Library, a full client onboarding checklist, a client-facing onboarding wizard, and deeper AI access through Rad and MCP.

Agency Template Library

• Start a project from one of 12 built-in templates, including Web design, Shopify, SEO retainer, Social retainer, Branding, Marketing campaign, Video production, Development, Monthly maintenance, Website launch, and Product launch
• Each template creates real kanban columns and tasks, milestones, deliverables, an optional retainer, recurring tasks, and the relevant automation triggers
• Duplicate a template to build your own, or manage the library from Settings → Templates

Client onboarding

• Converting a won deal now offers a template, so the project comes pre-built with the right structure
• A new Onboarding tab per client tracks a full checklist: workspace, contacts, project, kickoff questionnaire, Client Vault, contract document, retainer, communication channel, portal access, integrations, recurring tasks, and welcome email
• Generate a contract document straight from your Agency Knowledge library, with company and project details merged in

Client onboarding portal

• Invited clients complete a guided six-step wizard: company details, brand assets, goals, target audience, access and integrations, and kickoff
• Submitting the wizard seeds the Client Vault brief, audience, and tone, and pins any uploaded brand files

Rad and MCP get more agent-native

• Rad and any MCP-connected AI client can browse and apply project templates, start client onboarding, and generate a contract document
• Sending the onboarding welcome email or setting up a retainer stays staff-confirmed before anything reaches a client or touches billing

Mobile

• Browse the Agency Template Library and follow a client's onboarding checklist from the agency mobile app
