FelagarFor creative agencies

Keep concepts, revisions, and approvals next to the people who commissioned them.

In practice

Creative agencies

Creative work dies in version soup. Felagar treats the deliverable as the unit of review, with files, comments, and a portal that still feels like your studio.

A concept round should not require a WeTransfer and a follow-up. The client watches, comments, and approves. Chat and optional voice or video sit on the same relationship.

The usual mess

Creative teams bounce between Figma comments, email threads, and a PM tool that never quite matches the presentation. Clients lose the latest file.

How it works

Brief in the project, ship a deliverable, review, then archive files where the next round can find them.

  1. 01

Open the project and drop the brief and references into Files.

  2. 02

Upload the round as a deliverable and request review.

  3. 03

Talk through notes in client chat, or jump on a voice or video call.

  4. 04

Mark approval and keep the pack in the company Files library.

Questions

Can clients approve without creating an account first?

Guest deliverable review uses a shared link plus email OTP, so a one-off stakeholder can still sign off.

Is this only for design?

No. Any round that needs a yes, a deck, a film, an identity, can move through deliverables. Design studios just tend to feel it first.

We run the platform. You run the studio.

Create an account, invite your team and clients, and you’re live, with no DevOps side quest. Updates, uptime, and the portal stay on us so you can stay on the work that pays.
