Hosted or self-hosted: what is the difference?

Hosted plans run on Felagar's infrastructure and you subscribe monthly or annually. Self-hosting runs on your own infrastructure: the core is free forever, and a one-time license unlocks full white-label and EE flags.

Is the self-host license a subscription?

No. The self-host license is a one-time purchase that hides Felagar branding, gives you a branded MCP URL, custom email templates, a support email, and the EE feature flags, with no recurring fee.

Is hosted Felagar generally available, or still beta?

Invite-only beta. Request access from the waitlist. These plan prices are what you pay when approved. Open self-serve register and checkout come at GA. You will choose a plan under Settings → Billing after you have a workspace. Prices are in EUR; tax is added where Felagar collects it; annual saves about two months versus monthly.

What happens when I outgrow a plan?

Starter caps at 3 clients and 5 projects; Pro raises that to 15 clients with unlimited projects. Agency removes the client and project ceiling entirely, so you can move up in Settings → Billing as you grow.

What do I keep control of if I self-host?

Your domains, OAuth apps, and RealtimeKit configuration stay yours on self-hosted installs — nothing routes through Felagar-owned infrastructure.

Is Enterprise pricing fixed?

No. Enterprise covers unlimited file size, onboarding help, and support for larger studios, and is quoted per studio — contact us for a number.
