FelagarFor web agencies

Scope websites, track build phases, and get launch approval without a separate client tool.

In der Praxis

Web agencies

Web projects have phases that clients barely see until something is late. Felagar gives the studio a board and a timeline, and gives the client a portal with files, tickets, and reviews.

Launch week should not be a ZIP in an email. The client opens the portal, reviews the last pages, and ticks the deliverable. Tickets catch the leftovers after go-live.

The usual mess

Web teams often run Jira or a generic board internally, then a separate portal, then email for feedback. Nobody agrees which URL is current.

So funktioniert es

Treat each site as a project, each milestone as a deliverable, and the company as the long-term home.

  1. 01

Create the company and project, then outline phases on the board or timeline.

  2. 02

Upload comps and staging notes into Files, nested however you already think.

  3. 03

Request approval on the milestone that matters, with a guest link if needed.

  4. 04

Leave tickets open for warranty and retainers after launch.

Questions

Can we white-label the portal for web clients?

Yes. Hosted agencies brand the portal, and invited clients can overlay their own company brand on top of yours.

Do clients need to see the full Kanban?

The client portal is read-oriented for project views. You choose what they see. Studio planning can stay on the agency side.

Wir betreiben die Plattform. Du das Studio.
